By using Swivo you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Swivo is a personal finance app for tracking transactions, accounts, budgets, and insights on your device. It is not a bank, payment processor, investment advisor, or tax service.
If enabled, the app may read eligible SMS messages on your device for parsing. You can revoke SMS permission in Android settings at any time.
Paid features are billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Refunds follow Google Play policies. Restore purchases with the same Google account.
Data is stored locally unless you export or back it up. You are responsible for keeping backups of data you want to retain.
Uninstalling or wiping app data removes records inside Swivo. Backup files saved elsewhere (for example .swivo files in Downloads or Google Drive) are not deleted by uninstall — remove them yourself if you no longer want them.
Swivo is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free SMS parsing, rates, insights, or forecasts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts you paid for Swivo in the prior twelve months, or zero for free use.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
